Character Generalist Unreal Engine
We are seeking an experienced Character Generalist with expertise in creating and preparing production-ready character assets, from concept through final look development, including asset integration, optimization, and delivery within the Unreal Engine pipeline

Responsibilities
• Model high-quality characters and organic assets suitable for production. • Create clean UV layouts and perform character texturing. • Build character rigs and prepare them for animation. • Animate characters when required for tests, previs, or final shots. • Develop lookdev for characters, including materials and shaders. • Contribute to character design and aesthetics, helping shape the visual style. • Generate or refine character concepts when needed. • Prepare and integrate character assets for Unreal Engine pipelines.
Requirements
• Strong understanding of character anatomy, form, and aesthetics. • Ability to model, rig, and animate characters (software-agnostic). • Solid knowledge of UV mapping and character texturing workflows • Experience with look development for organic assets. • Good eye for design, proportions, and visual storytelling.
