Video Editor
We are hiring a Video Editor to produce high-retention viral content and high-production long-form narratives. A great opportunity for a content-first storyteller who can blend fast-paced, attention-grabbing hooks with sophisticated production value and cinematic flair.
Responsibilities
• End-to-end post-production: transform raw footage into polished, platform-ready videos • Create high-retention short-form clips and well-structured long-form content • Build compelling narratives using pacing, sound design, visual hierarchy, and emotional beats • Organize assets, maintain version control, and ensure consistent technical quality
Requirements
• Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard software Advanced mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro. • Deep understanding of retention-driven short-form trends Ability to execute fast-paced cuts, hook structures, and kinetic typography. • Technical mastery of post-production workflows High-level skills in color grading, sound mixing, and audio restoration. • Proven storytelling and technical polish A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both creative narrative ability and high production value.

Graduate of Aevy TV Video Editing Cohort or similar intense training. Experience editing in the style of Varun Mayya, Aevy TV or similar infotainment creators.
Optional Skills: Familiar with paid ads basics, analytics & reporting. Comfortable using AI tools in the workflow (AI transcription & subtitles, Generative B-roll/visuals, AI-enhanced color, audio or upscaling tools)
