This policy has three parts:
- Innowaft: how we handle personal data as a company, including on our website and when you contact us.
- Our products and services: how this applies to the software, games and content we make.
- Planet Animora: the game and the Planet Animora Companion app.
Part 1: Innowaft
Who we are
Innowaft Private Limited ("Innowaft", "we", "us") is a technology company based in India. We build business software, games, AR and VR experiences, and digital content.

For personal data covered by this policy, Innowaft is the data controller (the "Data Fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).
What we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us, or that is needed to run our website:
- When you contact us (email, contact form, phone): your name, email address, phone number, company, and anything you write in your message.
- When you apply for a job (Careers): your name, contact details, CV and any other information you send with your application.
- When you become a client: business contact details of the people we work with, plus billing and contract information.
- When you visit our websites: our hosting providers automatically process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and understand overall traffic.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
How we use it and why

Who we share it with
We share personal data only with:
- Service providers that host our websites, email and files, or process data on our behalf (for example website hosting, cloud storage and email providers). They may only use it to provide their service to us.
- Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where needed.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Some of these providers are located outside India, including in the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact.
- Job applications: up to 1 year after the role is filled, unless you ask us to keep it longer.
- Client and financial records: as long as tax and company law require (normally 8 years in India).
- Website technical logs: kept by our hosting providers for a short period, usually no more than 90 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct or update it;
- delete it;
- stop or restrict using it, or object to how we use it;
- move it to another provider (data portability);
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
These rights come from laws including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the EU and UK GDPR, and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA.
To use any of these rights, email contact@innowaft.com. We will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in India, the Data Protection Board of India; in the UK, the ICO; in the EU, your national supervisory authority).
Grievance Officer
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer at contact@innowaft.com with "Privacy" in the subject line.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires.
Children
Our websites and business services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 (or the age of digital consent where you live) through them. If you think a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and tell you about significant changes where appropriate.
Part 2: Our products and services
Software we build for clients
When we build or run business software, CRM, RCM, AI or other systems for a client, the client decides how personal data in that system is used. In that case the client is the data controller and Innowaft acts as a data processor on the client's instructions. Please read that client's own privacy policy, and contact them first about your data. We will help them answer your request.
Games and apps we publish
Each game or app we publish under our own name has its own section in this policy (see Part 3). If a product collects personal data, its section explains exactly what and why. If a section says a product collects nothing, that is the case.
AR and VR experiences
Unless a specific product's privacy notice says otherwise, our AR and VR experiences process camera, sensor or spatial data only on your device to make the experience work. They do not send it to us.
Content and social media channels
We publish content on third-party platforms such as YouTube. When you watch, follow or comment there, that platform's own privacy policy applies. We only see what the platform shows channel owners, such as public comments and anonymous, aggregated viewing statistics.
Part 3: Planet Animora
The Planet Animora game
Planet Animora is a single-player RPG in development at Innowaft, planned for release in 2027. The game is not yet available, so it does not collect any personal data. We will publish the game's privacy details here before it is released.
The Planet Animora Companion app
The Planet Animora Companion is the official, free companion app for the game's world: a read-only wiki of its records, characters, audio logs and creatures. It is available on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Mac, Apple TV, Apple Vision Pro, Android phones, tablets, foldables, Android TV, Wear OS and Windows.
In short: the Companion app does not collect, store or share any personal data, and it does not track you.
What the app does not do
- There is no account, sign-in or registration.
- It has no analytics, advertising, tracking or crash-reporting tools.
- It does not ask for or use your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos or files.
- It has no in-app purchases and no chat or user-to-user features.
- It never sends anything you do in the app to Innowaft.
How the app gets its content
The app is read-only: it downloads published Planet Animora content (text, images, audio, video and 3D models) to show it to you. To do this, your device connects to:
- assets.planetanimora.com, hosted on Cloudflare R2, for content files and media;
- Google Cloud Firestore, for credits, links and release dates;
- planetanimora.com, once on first launch, to choose a default language for you.
Innowaft does not collect anything from these requests. As with any website or app, the hosting providers (Cloudflare and Google) see your IP address while delivering the files, under their own privacy policies:

Language choice
On first launch, the app asks planetanimora.com which language to show by default. The website may use the approximate country of your internet connection to suggest a language. The country is not saved, and the app never uses GPS or your device's location. If the request fails, the app uses English. If you choose a language yourself, your choice is saved on your device and always takes priority.
Data stored on your device
To work offline and load faster, the app keeps on your device only:
- a cache of downloaded content (refreshed when you tap Refresh, or after a set time);
- your language choice and display preferences.
This data never leaves your device. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app (on some platforms, also by clearing the app's storage).
Apple Watch and Wear OS
On Apple Watch and Wear OS, the watch app may receive content directly from the Companion app on your own paired phone. This transfer happens only between your own devices, through Apple's or Google's system features, and does not involve Innowaft's servers.
Links to other services
The app contains links to the Planet Animora website and to our YouTube channels. If you open them, you leave the app, and that website's or platform's privacy policy applies.
Children
The Companion app is rated for all ages. Because it collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children either.
